Remembering Great Broadcasters: Mike Wallace, Dick Clark.....Ed Bradley

With the passing of broadcasters Mike Wallace and Dick Clark this month, I've been thinking about the broadcasters that have influenced me. One of them was Ed Bradley. He passed away in 2006 the year I graduated from undergrad, but he didn't really get much press. There were news reports of his death but not really a large outpouring from the public. I was a part of the Blessed of the Blessed competition in Houston, TX this past weekend. I served as a judge at the event, along with a legendary radio personality and AJ from Still Trill Christians (hip hop gospel rap group).The winner was spoken word artist Baritone. He will receive a $500 cash prize, a demo cd recording and will host his own show on the Rejoice Network. See More
